So how are you liking the new paleo meal plans? When we launched the brand new meal plan last week we did not expect the overwhelming response we received, but are so glad that we did. Thousands of people downloaded the new paleo meal plan and loved the new layout and information. We also received a lot of great feedback and this week includes 3 brand new sections that people requested. One of the requests with the meal plans, was that I keep the blog posts short and to the point. With that being said, click on the image below to download your meal plan.

  1. I really would like to try your weekly meal plans but I’m a little confused by them. The meals always seem incomplete. For example the dinner one day might be spicy hotwings but is that all that you eat or do you generally serve these with something. And then one day you have cilantro lime cauliflower rice which sounds amazing but do you eat that with anything else? I’ve tried to go paleo in the past but I was never able to stick with it because I never feel satisfied on it. Maybe it’s because I never stuck it out long enough to get my body off the grain/sugar train?? Any suggestions would help. Thank you!

    1. Thanks for the question. Yes in the new meal plan, I added 8 extra pages of information. This includes side dishes etc. I always recommend people use it as a base and add chicken, steak, fish or sometimes nothing to meals. It is hard to write a meal plan for each type of person so it’s a really really thorough starting point for anyone.
