The feedback for our paleo meal plans has been overwhelming and we love knowing that so many people are using our meal plans to lead a healthier lifestyle. We have actually had over 750,000 downloads of our meal plans since we redesigned them last October and that provided a lot of feedback. For the past few months, we have been working hard and created a brand new paleo meal plan template from all the feedback we have received. With the new design, we are still improving and welcome any comments or recommendations you may have. I ask that you fully read the new meal plan and give it a try as we tried to answer all questions and address all the needs we could.

This new version of the meal plan is actually 8 pages total and will continue to evolve. You can just use the one page with the recipes, print the shopping list or save them all to your phone, computer, iPad or any other device you may have. Here is some of what we included:

- Itemized shopping lists with the associated recipe so you can pick and choose recipes

- Some of our best resources for making cooking, eating and living easy
