If you could only see my face right now, it is really SAD. I had a huge post typed on this post and it got corrupted somehow and decided to break. I tried restoring it and it only gave me the option to have the one with no writing. Oh well life goes on. I am actually sitting on the floor of a Crossfit gym listening to Diane from Balanced Bites drop knowledge bombs with Liz from Cave Girl Eats at their Balanced Bites Seminar. I love sitting here listening to people so driven to learn for their own health ask questions. It gives me so much hope for humanity because who else would sit in a gym for 8 hours on a Sunday to listen to a nutrition talk haha. The awesome thing about those people all paying attention, I got to sneak an ENTIRE delicious tray of food from Pete’s Paleo all to myself. I look like a greedy kid that got caught, want to see, HERE YOU GO.
Oh before I forget, I typed this post a few weeks ago and forgot about it. Whoops, well since I am here now I will fill you in on current details. I am so excited because in 7 days I get to hang out with all my Paleo BFF’s in Austin at PaleoFX. On top of that, I get to do a cooking demo with my internet BFF, the famous Juli Bauer from PaleOMG. We have 20 minutes to wow everyone, hope we can do it or else you are going to see us both eating chocolate and talking for 20 minutes instead. If you are going, I seriously look forward to seeing and meeting all of you. Oh yes and this recipe is just because I have a pumpkin addiction and have a freezer full of it I have to use.
