Lemon Cucumber Noodles with Cumin

Well I am back in Southern California, and it has been great to see everyone back here in my life.  I can’t believe I was gone for like 6 weeks but now is the time to get back into the swing of things the best I can.  Had some amazing trips and made some HUGE life decisions that will be coming to light shortly.  And just know that these decisions are all based on all the amazing people that read my blog and I will always need and love your support.  You all drive me to be great and I want to fulfill that.  So if you read my last post, I got a little out of Paleo nutrition whack so right now I am back on the 21 Day Sugar Detox kicking myself back on track.  I decided I would make a new 21 Day Sugar Detox friendly recipe and it is AMAZING. Thanks for my best friend Lani for the idea and my amazing new toy, the Spiral Slicer for making it possible. You can see it and my famous hands in action: HERE. This recipe will take you 5 minutes and you will love it.  If your interested in joining me on the Detox or finding out more, just click on the picture below and start reading.  And if my recipes or the ones included in the detox weren’t enough, you should pick up the new AMAZING Ebook from The Food Lover’s Primal Palate below as well.

And here is my new Spiral Slicer’s first product, a 6 Foot Cucumber Noodle

  1. I tripled this recipe for my family and it turned out REALLY salty. I couldn’t even eat more than a few bites. I don’t know what I did wrong, since all of the other comments say it was good… Any advice?

  2. Ooooh! Never thought of cucumber! You clever dude!! I always make “tagliatelle” with courgettes/baby marrow/zucchini (whatever you like to call it in your neck of the woods lol). SO going to try this with snozzcumbers (sorry grew up on Roald Dahl) Thank you for the inspiration!
