  1. These look yummy, But I jus have regular peaches are those still okay to use??

  2. These were amazing! We grilled out this weekend for my father-in-laws bday and with him being a seriously uncontrolled diabetic I am always trying to gently show him that whole foods can be delicious without all the added crap! I will definitely be adding this to my grill more often!

And as a side note – I made the blueberry brussel sprouts today – fabulous :) This was the first time I’ve ever cooked brussel sprouts period and I’m happy I started with such a delicious recipe! And the BBQ corockpot chicken is cooking as I type – cant freakin’ wait for dinner!! I just found this site on Friday evening and I’m 3 recipes in already and loving them all! You have a huge new fan in me (and my sister-in-law too after this weekend!). Keep it coming and Ill keep following!

  3. Did these tonight–they were amazing! Thanks for another great recipe!

  4. I’ve also been roasting all sorts of fruit lately.. peaches, pineapple and strawberries have been my favorites. Plain fruit doesn’t hold a candle. Love the picture!
