Pumpkin Pie Espresso Hazelnut Butter

Serves: 2-4
  1. Preheat your oven to 275 Degrees F
  2. Place all your filberts on a cookie sheet and roast in your oven for ~20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes
  3. Once they are done remove them from the oven and let cool
  4. Using your hands peel off all the filaments and set the filberts aside
  5. Add your filberts to your food processor,Blendtec,Vitamix etc and proceed to make your nut butter
  6. Add all your remanding ingredients and Voila
  7. Enjoy

  1. Nirvana. Pumpkin and hazelnut are two of my favorite foods. Can’t eat nuts right now, so I’m gonna try to get these flavors into a coconut butter. Thanks for the great idea and recipe!
