Who would have thought raspberries and pulled pork would go so good together? Well I sure didn’t and this Raspberry BBQ Sauce is going to be amazing on anything I have it on. Dare to dream and try this on anything you would use regular BBQ sauce on, you might be surprised with the sweet twist it brings to your palate with a slight kick at the end. Enjoy
- Heat some coconut oil in a nonstick sauce pan over medium heat and add onion and jalapeno to sweat, about 10 minutes
- Add the ketchup, honey, mustard, and cayenne and heat until the mixture simmers
- Add your frozen raspberries and simmer for about 15 minutes until everything is nice and combined
- Let cool and place in a blender, blend until smooth and jar or use
