Your Weekly Meal Plan – 4/18/14

I am so happy I asked if you wanted meal plans. It makes my heart happy reading all of your amazing responses to these weekly Paleo menus and associated shopping lists. The intention was to give you a quick and easy weekend game plan, but you can use these guides in a ton of different ways. Some of you are picking and choosing a couple of recipes to add into your cooking rotation, others are making double batches in order to enjoy leftovers during the busy work-week. Whatever is right for you, I hope this frees up time in your busy life and brings more fun and creativity into your kitchen. We are going to continue to take in your feedback, work hard and deliver the best product we can for you. And now on to this weeks meal plan. You can download it by clicking on the image below:

My big secret for weekend enjoyment and week-long success, is making extra food and doing prep work throughout the weekend so I don’t have to worry about meals or planning on Mondays after I have had a hectic day. With this week’s meal plan, you can double up on the granola and banana cake for a couple of quick grab-and-go breakfast options or after-school treats for the kids. We offered you a huge list of drool-worthy Easter recipes in the round-up last week, but you could add in a few from this meal plan as well, like the bacon deviled eggs and bacon wrapped rabbit loin. Your only limit is your imagination, so get creative and leave me a comment with what you made this weekend. I can’t wait to read them.

Leave me a comment below and hang tight while I work my caveman butt off to make it happen for you. I want you to enjoy cooking and especially eating so let me know how to help you. 1. I love this idea! I do wish your shopping list also had the recipes on separate pages available to print. I like to take my recipe to the grocery store in case I need to reference it to look for substitutions. I mean, it is just so difficult for me to follow your link and print out the recipe myself ;), haha!

I can’t wait to try the Sweet Potato Orange Soup! Yum!! You are the bomb!

  2. This looks like a terrific line up for the week. I probably won’t do the bunny in the pan but somehow chicken in a pan is OK so I think I’ll substitute chicken. Go figure. Anyway, thanks so much makes my life trying to switch over to paleo so much less overwhelming. You’re the greatest!

  3. Love love love this idea! I used to subscribe to a service similar to this concept – but without the Paleo connection.

Sadly, I can’t do many of these recipes (no eggs or nuts), but the sweet potato soup alone is enough to keep me engaged!

    Thanks for keeping it interesting…
