The intention was to give you a quick and easy weekend game plan, but you can use these guides in a ton of different ways. Some of you are picking and choosing a couple of recipes to add into your cooking rotation, others are making double batches in order to enjoy leftovers during the busy work-week. Whatever is right for you, I hope this frees up time in your busy life and brings more fun and creativity into your kitchen. My big secret for weekend enjoyment and week-long success, is making extra food and doing prep work throughout the weekend so I don’t have to worry about meals or planning on Mondays after I have had a hectic day. With this week’s meal plan, you can make up a few stuffed sweet potatoes and the lemon pound cake, then alternate between a sweet and savory breakfast each morning. The latest recipe I shared for Salisbury steak from The Ancestral Table is perfect for a classic Sunday dinner.
