My big secret for weekend enjoyment and week-long success, is making extra food and doing prep work throughout the weekend so I don’t have to worry about meals or planning on Mondays after I have had a hectic day. With this week’s meal plan, you can make the apple pie caveman bars in advance and have breakfast all week. The Perfect Paleo burger and the sausage and onions are my current weeknight favorites for myself. Your only limit is your imagination, so get creative and leave me a comment with what you made this weekend. I can’t wait to read them.
