The Paleo Kitchen

I am so happy I asked if you wanted meal plans.  It makes my heart happy reading all of your amazing responses to these Paleo Meal plans and associated shopping lists.  We are going to continue to take in your feedback, work hard and deliver the best product we can for you.  Holy moly, I almost forgot something.  We redesigned the cover for The Paleo Kitchen, and it is GORGEOUS.  I was so happy and I can’t wait to share this labor of love with you.  You can see the new cover HERE. Also don’t forget you can pre-order the book now for the cheapest price and you will have it in your hands on the release date, June 10th.  And now on to this weeks meal plan.  You can download it by clicking on the image below:

My big secret for weekend enjoyment and week-long success, is making extra food and doing prep work throughout the weekend so I don’t have to worry about meals or planning on Mondays after I have had a hectic day.  With this week’s meal plan, you can make the apple pie caveman bars in advance and have breakfast all week.  The Perfect Paleo burger and the sausage and onions are my current weeknight favorites for myself.  Your only limit is your imagination, so get creative and leave me a comment with what you made this weekend.  I can’t wait to read them.

I gave birth on Jan 1st and have been too busy to check my favorite websites. SO happy I finally had a chance to surf the web, this is PERFECT. Thank you so much!!!

  2. I see you are inviting the great debate over whether eggs are a dairy. Lol
BTW, I know that you know, that I know that you know they are not.
(My attempt at humor. Did it work?)
