Success with weight loss, eating healthy food or just feeling better is easy when you have everything handled for you. By everything, we mean the meal plan which includes recipes, shopping lists, kitchen tips, pantry staples, side dishes, desserts and resources galore.

You will see people offering 1 week, 2 weeks, 30 days etc for your meal plans which are all great. We just knew that most people eat 365 days a year, not just 14 so we wanted to cater to them which I am pretty sure includes you :) Our meal plans are made every week and updated with our latest recipes as well as popular recipes from other awesome bloggers.

Our goal is to help you feel better than you’ve every felt while enjoying every bite of food and moment of your life while on your Paleo diet lifestyle. You’ll never go hungry, get stressed or fail because there is only winning when you choose to take care of your body. Perfection doesn’t exist, so we just encourage you to do your best, love yourself and keep smiling. There is no right way or wrong way to live this lifestyle, the only rule is that you start.

IMPORTANT: You don’t need to make every meal or use the full meal plan. You don’t need to buy the whole shopping list or stock your pantry all at once. All you need to do is start by making SMALL changes.

With all that being said, you can dive right into this week’s meal plan or use some previous weeks to learn some tips on winning at life or starting a Whole 30. No matter what you need, we have you covered. Here are some options:

  1. I just came across this site! I have been slowly introducing Paleo meals into my lifestyle from years of eating grains. All I can say is that you are awesome! Every other site that I have came across is only 30 day meal plans and they also want to charge you to sign up. I would rather just buy your book instead! Thanks so much for offering these!

  2. I haven’t received a meal plan for several weeks now. Did you stop doing them? They are so helpful for me to keep my family healthy, while caring for 2 young children with special needs. Before I found your meal plans, we stopped for fast food too many times on our way home from daily therapy. Praying these will continue for awhile longer!
