The feedback for our paleo meal plans has been overwhelming and we love knowing that so many people are using our meal plans to lead a healthier lifestyle. We have actually had over 750,000 downloads of our meal plans since we redesigned them last October and that provided a lot of feedback. For the past few months, we have been working hard and created a brand new paleo meal plan template from all the feedback we have received. With the new design, we are still improving and welcome any comments or recommendations you may have. I ask that you fully read the new meal plan and give it a try as we tried to answer all questions and address all the needs we could.

Paleo Meal Plan 1

This new version of the meal plan is actually 8 pages total and will continue to evolve. You can just use the one page with the recipes, print the shopping list or save them all to your phone, computer, iPad or any other device you may have. Here is some of what we included:

  • All the pantry staples we recommend having on hand
  • Itemized shopping lists with the associated recipe so you can pick and choose recipes
  • Instructions on how to use the Meal plan and shopping list
  • Coupon codes for shopping
  • Some of our best resources for making cooking, eating and living easy

I want to keep talking, but I am so excited to share the new meal plan with you, I am going to cut this short. I would love to read your comments on any recommendations you may have. I would love to know what information you would like us to include in these associated posts for each plan as well.

  1. I don’t eat anything with syrup (pancakes french toast waffles) , cooked bananas, hot cereal, eggs, raw celery, and VERY LITTLE RED MEAT.What can you offer me in a meal plan

  2. I have been keeping an eye on your meal plans for a while now even though I haven’t actually used them yet. I do love that you have changed the format which was one of the reasons I haven’t tried them yet. I do wonder though if your breakfast are very filling? I don’t see much protein in them (unless I am missing something). Also do you have side dish suggestions in the downloaded meal plan for dinners and lunch?

    1. I don’t eat breakfast so they always fill me up. I would recommend taking what is there and using it as a template. There will never be a perfect meal plan for anyone so just play around with it. We do not have side dishes included yet but I will work on that

  3. I must be doing something wrong. I have signed in but every time I click on download the meal plan I get taken back to the same page to signin. Please help. I am using firefox on a laptop.

  4. Would definitely prefer the one page meal plan. Also – I hate having to enter my email every single time I try to open anything on your web site – any chance of just having to login one time and getting full access?

All your meal plans are super delish, great variety, including things to put in my kids lunch boxes as well as introducing me to some other Paleo peeps I may not have seen before. It’s awesome! I could cook from civilised caveman all year long! Thank you for doing this & sharing your expertise with us all!

  7. Hi! I’m a 50 year old healthy mom of 5 who got turned on to paleo almost three years ago by my oldest daughter. I lost 15 pounds and feel mah-velous! I just got a tablet for Mother’s Day (welcome to the 21st century!) and I’ve downloaded the menu and shopping list so I have access to it all week. I’m going to make good use of it! I like how you specify which recipes will use which ingredient because I NEVER have time to cook breakfast so there’s no point buying those ingredients…I’m out the door by 6:30 am and breakfast is always a hard-boiled egg and a bowl of plain full-fat yogurt and berries. Thanks for your hard work!

  9. I really like the revised meal plan!
    Having things broken down into breakfast, lunch, and supper takes all planning out of my hands leaving me to just do the shopping (just the way I like it!)

  10. I love your meal plans. Thank you for doing this. Making these changes and learning to become Paleo is challenging. I struggle to let go sometimes. Your meal plans give me a good jump point and makes a difference
