Delicious 30 Minute Paleo Grilled Chicken meal on the grill. This is just an easy and delicious meal to make up for lunch on a warm sunny day and spend a few minutes outside grilling. I hope you enjoy this simple meal as much as I did, it comes out absolutely amazing.
Balsamic Grilled Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well, place in a ziploc bag
- Rinse your chicken breasts with cold water and pat dry
- Place your chicken breasts in the ziploc bag with the marinade and ensure you get a nice even coating
- Place in the refrigerator and let marinade for 30 minutes or up to 24 Hours
- Preheat your grill on medium heat to around 400 degrees
- Once your grill is warm, grill your chicken breasts until done, should be about 8-10 Minutes per side depending on the thickness of the breast
- Plate and top with some sun dried tomatoes marinated in olive oil and serve with some steamed vegetables
- Enjoy
