Cluck-Moo Breakfast Sausage

post banner cavemanfeast Cluck Moo Breakfast Sausage

The cave girl so eloquently put it, “In your Face Jimmy Dean”.  I know I was missing my breakfast sausage patties and all those store bought ones no matter where you get them normally have sugar added or some other bullcrap we shouldn’t be eating so we remade them and they were AMAZING.  Feel free to tweak this however you like for your taste buds, this is just a base, get creative.

  1. Oh my word! Thank you!!! This is what we’ve been missing. You make my life (mom of 6) so much easier :)

  2. I made these today along with the Mocha Coco Almond Butter and YUM!! These were so very easy to make and have so much flavor! I will definitely add these to the breakfast rotation. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

Made these Sunday… really, really good! Will be enjoying them all week (and put some in the freezer for next week. Thanks for the recipe :)

  4. Hi George,
I just wanted to tell you again how much we LOVE these in my house! We make them all the time; they're a staple! We've had fun playing around with the combinations (cluck/gobble, gooble/moo, oink/cluck). I always have fun making these because I love the silly names! Thanks for all your awesome recipes!

Holy crap. I made these this morning with ground beef and sausage instead of the chicken. I can't stop eating them….threw a little dollop of your catsup on them for breakfast with a fried egg on the side and it was killer.

  6. Melanie so glad you enjoyed, thanks for stopping by to tell me :)

  7. OMG these are AWESOME!!! Thank you!!!

Aw this looks and is telling me it will taste impressive! Bookmarking!

I always loved the Jimmy Dean sausages back in the day, if mainly because mother made her turkey stuffing using it. Good to have a go-to substitute.
