This was the first recipe I used from your site and I absolutely loved it! I must say, everything looks so good! :)
I hope you like many more :)
Does this leave some liquid I could use as a gravy over mashed potatoes?
Sure does :)
Do you think this would be good with a bison roast? I already have the bison and I’m trying to come up with a recipe that will please my non-paleo dad.
Oh yea I definitely think it would. I love bison
Does it taste a lot like coffee? My husband doesn’t like coffee. Haha. Why am I considering this recipe? Probably because it sounds good to ME.
Haha it has a coffee flavor. Why don’t you do like the 7 bone roast recipe with the bison.
I think I will, thanks. I will definitely try this coffee recipe sometime, though. I use your recipes all the time.
Thanks so much–I just sent her an e-mail.
Again, thanks for the guidance and the great recipes–keep up the good work!
:)
You can look up my farmer on facebook, MM Livestock and she can find someone close to you for grass fed beef
All the way on the opposite coast! New Jersey. :)
Awesome Torrey, where do you live?
Thanks so much for your quick response! I definitely want to try this recipe out soon. :)
I just hit up Whole Foods and picked up a nice (grass-fed, of course) roast to make your Bacon Crock Pot Roast this weekend.
Torrey really any vegetable you want will work just great, you can just add more onions if you want
Hey George, this roast looks delicious, but I'm not a big fan of mushrooms…is there another veggie that you think would work well with this recipe? Thanks in advance!
